Some of the training on the CommScope Infrastructure Academy is delievered using the Adobe Flash tool. 

Flash is a browser plugin, which while being used less in the modern web, it is still an important technology and used for some of the training so needs to be enabled when access the CommScope Infrastructure Academy.

Detials of how to enable Flash is differnt for each Browser so please follow the instructions below for the Browser you are using.

Chrome:

Chrome comes built in with it's own version of Flash, you are not required to install a separate plugin to enable Flash in Chrome. Follow the steps below to enable flash on our website.

  1. Click the green padlock next to the address bar, or sometimes this will be an information icon:

  2. If the Flash option is visible, then click the dropdwon and select "Always allow on this site":

  3. If the Flash setting is not visible, then click Site Settings:

  4. Then select "Allow" from the drop down next to the Flash option:

  5. Finally, refresh the page and you will now find that Flash will be working when required on the CommScope Infrastructure Academy

Firefox:

Firefox comes built in with it's own version of Flash, you are not required to install a separate plugin to enable Flash in Chrome. Follow the steps below to enable flash on our website.

  1. Click the padlock next to the address bar:

  2. Click the right arrow:

  3. Now click the "More Information" button:

  4. In the window that opens, select the "Permissions" tab and then select the "Allow" option next to the Flash option:

  5. Finally, refresh the page and you will now find that Flash will be working when required on the CommScope Infrastructure Academy

Safari:

Depending on your version of MAC OS, there are differnet ways of enabling Flash is Safari.
